BA forum beginning to figure out just how bad BA really are.

BA forum beginning to figure out just how bad BA really are.
Well, we've covered the congee problem in the lounge as a start...
Meanwhile, I wonder if this makes a good first post for a "CX-related posts elsewhere on FT" thread? Threads do periodically pop up that don't belong here but where CX flyers might have an interest, and it would be good for u all to have a place to alert each other without having to clutter up with a new thread each time. We could also channel CX-related discussion of those posts into one thread here.
