Premium Economy Seat Map Confusion ??

Hello, New to Cathay. I am in the process of arranging a trip to HKG via LAX this Sept. Plan to purchase Premium Economy class tickets on the Cathay Pacific website. No use of miles as I have no status. Have been booking as a "guest" to check seat maps, but will join Marco Polo prior to purchase.
In looking at the Premium Economy seat maps for various dates of travel, the maps are all the same regardless of the date. Even saved the different map windows and compared them to make sure.
In addition the first 5 seats in "B" and "J" are not shown, plus "F" only shows the first 5 seats.
Does anyone have an explanation for this?
Thanks

The seat map on CX.com combines the normal Economy and Premium Economy cabins into one diagram. As Premium Economy on the 77W is 2-4-2 across, there are no B or J seats (normal Economy is 3-3-3).

Thanks for that information. So it looks like 30-33 is Premium Economy. That explains why from 39 back, everything is unavailable. Of more concern for seat selection is that the mapping of available/unavailable seating is exactly the same regardless of the day chosen?
