No First from HKG-NRT?
I booked an AONE4 over a year ago and have an upcoming leg in July 2012 for HKG-NRT. To my amazement, its seems that CX or JL are not offering any flights with First class for this router at that time. I would have thought that this city pair would rate as among the highest in Asia for First Class demand... ?

How about CX 548?
Not sure about about RTW fare rules... especially changing airports...
But CX 548 the morning departure to Haneda seems to be a daily Boeing 747-400 now? Maybe that will be the safest bet for getting a three class a/c!
As you know, CX is notorious for aircraft change on regional flights especially on flights that don't have daily three-class a/c operation. CX 548 seems to be a consistent 747 flight and there might be the safest bet.

Flying to HND would cost you an extra segment under RTW rules, so if you were maxxed out at 16 segments already, you can't do it.
Random dates in July show that on Tue, Thu and Sat, CX 520 at 10.35 operates with 773 or 744 with F, with plenty of A availability.
