In-flight power on 77A
 

Hi everyone,

I'm flying Y on CX889/888 JFK-YVR-JFK later this week on the 77A (I believe with the new shell seats). Anyone know what laptop power is available on this AC? Seatguru refers to empower but then the CX website also lists some AC 110v power is available but is unclear on which flights.

Any recommendations for an empower adapter if that's what will be needed. I was looking at picking up this one since I have $50 in BestBuy giftcards to use if I can, but can't find any reviews on it. Would it do the job? I'm going to be making this trip a few times over the next year so I don't mind paying more for the adapter if needs be.

Edit: Oops.. I missed the CX experience thread in my searching. Latest update there suggests in-flight power on the 77A in econ doesn't work yet. Any update on this?
