It's on the "Contact Us" page on CX's Korea site (english version). They take days to respond even to the simplest of questions. Best to call them, the agents speak reasonably good english.

I have always found that the CX office in Seoul are excellent. Very efficient, friendly replies, and quick, especially these days!;)

There are some excellent prices. I have just purchased several tickets, ICN-MEL in I class return for about US$1600 inclusive. ICN-BKK return in I class for a little under 600USD. Both of these are for the summer period. There are also cheap fares into October now available. Ticket to SGN is about 850US rtn in I class for October.
