Using CX miles on AA - Help....
 
Sorry in advance if this is answered somewhere, but I couldn't find it.

For the first time ever, I am attempting to book some award tix on AA using CX miles and can't figure out how. Any experience out there?

Is this something that I need to call MPC on by phone, or is there an online method?

You need to call MPC; there is no online method.

To be exact, you can leave a message by emailing them @ Asiamiles website.

But of course for now, calling MPC is way easier
