Companion Award - Open Jaw allowed?
 
Can anyone confirm if companion awards are allowed on open jaw itineraries ex. HKG-LHR/CDG-HKG?

It certainly doesn't work online so before I waste my time calling it would be great if someone knew the answer to this.

I have asked MPC few months ago, they said the companion ticket can be issued to any sector of your trip as long as you both are on the same flight but you cannot do it online, must call MPC to reserve.
