Isn't this what you encounter when you fly out of any civilized airport in North America and you will spend more time than 30 mins ;)
Actually, no. You don't have to line up to show your ITN to get into the airport itself. Also at most international airports in the US now, you don't have to stand in a seperate line to have your checked in bags screened (there are still a few). In most cases, you avoid at least two of the lines mentioned (at least in the US).
