Using airmiles
 

I have just booked flights from Londonto Hong Kong and then onto Sydney for my wife and I. How do I go about claiming/getting our airmiles as our e tickets do not mention them.

I am a little confused. I suppose you meant Asia Miles instead of airmiles.

As you already ticketed, are you asking how to earn miles or do upgrades with your miles?:confused:

I'm assuming that you mean you want to earn miles on this trip. Well, all you'd have to do is call up CX (or your travel agent) and give them your mileage number so that you can earn. Once entered, it will show up on your boarding pass. Just remember that if you're in Y (economy), then you might not earn miles on all fares. Figure out your fare class and go to your airline's website to see which fare classes on CX earn miles. If you're a CX member, then in Y, fare classes YBHKMLV earn miles and no others. Or alternatively, just present your mileage no. at check-in.
