Award Class Availability Alerts
 

I'm booked in X class (coach award) on a CX flight where I should be in U (business award).

Apologies if this is a rudimentary question, but... is there any service I can use to be alerted when U inventory becomes available? Ordinarily I'd look to expertflyer, but they don't seem to support CX award classes. ITN doesn't seem to show X, U or Z either.

I'd rather not call the airline every day for the next six months just in case something's opened up! If you know of any hints, a little help would be greatly appreciated... :)

Last year I booked a U roundtrip for my father. The outbound was cofirmed X, waitlisted U. Returned was confirmed U. I called every month before ticketing, and every two days after ticketing. The outbound U was finally cofirmed eight hours before the flight.
