MPC Agents
 

Does anyone know how many agents there are answering the phones? I wonder if they all sit at the same office? I think back in the SARS days they did since the hotline closed for certain hours when their office was threatened. What about now? There are some agents who speak very good English. There being a trend to locate agents elsewhere (eg UA), are some agents located elsewhere? Does anyone know?

all MPC phone agents are located in HK and yes they r sitting in one single office.

But note that MPC agents and CX res agents do not sit in the same office. MPC agents are NOT CX res agents!
