HKG The Wing
 

I will be flying JAL business class from Hong Kong to Tokyo on the 6th. I am wondering if I have access to The Wing and The Pier. Besides this, I am also a MPC silver member. Thanks.:)

No, because while your silver status allows you entry to the wing & pier, you have to be flying CX to be admitted. CX lounges can also be accessed if you are a oneworld emerald, or if you're flying CX J or F.

I see.... That sucks. Maybe I will switch back to CX then haha. But doesn't CX lounge have limited service anyway early in the morning? I recall that they do not serve any noodle before 1030. Am I correct?

Yes because you are flying on oneworld in J.

While I don't know about CX lounge access, the JL Sakura Lounge is of course available: http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inter/lounge/asia/hkg/

Oneworld regulations stipulate that to access any OW lounge, you need to be at least OW Sapphire traveling in any class or hold a J boarding pass. If you meet either of those criteria, you can access any J class lounge under Oneworld. So, yup, you can access the Wing or the Pier.
