Is there any way you can observe a booking on the Cathay Pacific website without becoming a member and logging in with an Asia Miles or Marco Polo club account and pin number? Thank you.

nope.. I believe the only way they can track your booking is through the asiamiles number in your PNR....

You can't.

Theoretically, you can make online booking without asiamile or marco polo club ID. You can register an ID for online booking, and you can retirive your reservation with this registered ID(not asiamiles/MPO id).
