Heathrow Lounge Wi-Fi

Hi all. Please go easy on me for a first post on your part of the forum. I'm normally a BA traveller and this will be my first Cathay foray.

I am due to travel to Hong Kong at some point next month (date to be confirmed) and I was wondering if, within the lounge (I'll be travelling business class) there is any wi-fi available. Is it free, or is it going to cost me?

Silly question, but I'm going to want to work before such a long flight, and it would be useful to know!!

Thanks!!! M.

(Edit) I was going to say yes, but actually now I think about it I'm not sure. I recall T-systems leaflets around the place so maybe it's that and you have to pay. Personally I'm always in the F lounge where there are computer stations with plenty of space to put your laptop down and a LAN port to plug into for free. Not sure if they have these on the J side as well.

same in J side, there r LAN port to plug in for free. In case u dun hv a LAN wire with u, juz borrow one from the reception is fine. I did it before.;)

I was in the lounge on Saturday. Wireless is T-Mobile. Reception did offer LAN cables but said that they had been having problems. Sure enough, no connection available. .

F lounge was also sub-zero with Aircon on full blast. J side was a touch warmer but not a lot!

Hopefully they will have fixed it before you get there
