Problems on ExpertFlyer?

Some CX flights are showing F0 A4 and J0 C6, is this a problem after the major improvements a few days ago??

Can anyone shed some light?? ^

Thanks

It shouldn't be. We did not change the information we access nor its interpretation, only the GUI presentation of it.

What are the specifics of the route and date and we will investigate further?

Thanks.

I guess this is LHR where funny things are going on as yield management tries to deal with the effect of people making multiple bookings to cover themselves against BA problems...

On some dates, particularly those in and around Chinese New Year, we do the see the same thing as you on some, not all, of the flights and dates during this time. However, in March, it appears to be as usual.

We see no technical problems and this is the data we are getting. Perhaps CNY causes CX to modify their otherwise "normal" bucket offerings.

Ok, I got some problems again.

Apr 16 CX255 HKG-LHR
F0 A2 J0 C0 D0 I0 Y0 B0 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0

Apr 16 CX253 HKG-LHR
F4 A4 J4 C6 D4 I0 Y2 B0 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0

May 26 CX250 LHR-HKG
F0 A2 J6 C9 D8 I0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L9 V9 S0 N0 Q0 O0

In addition the 4th daily flight in both ways are not showing up (251 and 254).

What seems to be the problem?

Only vaguely related to the OP's question, if I put CX in the airline-choice box I sometimes (often?) find the CX flights excluded from the list (leaving the list empty, of course). Leaving the box blank lists all the flights, including the CX flights. Try HKG-PEK where CX has two flights daily afaik.

Looks like there is something wrong with the CX's link to the GDSs, except for Galileo:
