All meals on this flight are prepared to the Halal method
( I believe this flight originated at Karachi)

pancake filled with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
roasted potatoes, sauteed mushroom and tomato
braised beef brisket and fried egg noodles with
enoki mushroom
Bread Basket
assorted rolls and breakfast pastries
served with preserves, honey and butter
Tea and Coffee

As a side note...all requests for breakfast were taken on an individual basis and served directly from the galley. The usual cart service was not used. The cabin crew also used my name each and every time they brought something to my seat..however, I did have to ask for my jacket to be returned on arrival at HKG...but the flight was incredible...more like F Class than J class. This flight was actually better than my HKG/YVR (CX888) flight on F class. But the YVR/JFK sector trumped both flights.
