Sadly my usual home on the AA board didn't yield any answers, but can any of you recommend US-based travel agents with access to good J fares to Asia, preferably on CX/AA/JL?

If I were still in Boston, I'd just take a stroll through Chinatown, but South Floridian travel agencies don't really care quite as much about the market to Asia!

Ask your local travel agent to call one of the Asian consolidators in New York or LA.

www.cheapoair.com sells JAL Business class ex LAX for around $4000RT. They also offer flights from FLL via ORD but that is closer to$8000 so its always better to make alternative arrangements to get to LAX where the competition make fares much more affordable.
