Fare buckets that give 100% miles?
Just joined Asia Miles and was wondering which fare buckets to stay away from (50%) when booking. I know some "promotional fares" that don't get miles at all. Plan to do some CX traveling next year and would appreciate some insight.
Thanks |
YBHKLMV on CX give 100%
Everything else gives 0%. |

Thanks When you just joined Asiamiles, CX mails you the terms and conditions guide. Inside the guide, you will find a table of all CX airliner partners and the fares that can earn 0%, 50% or 100% miles. Just flick thru the booklet they had sent you... |
or if you are as lazy as i am to find the book or to remember the YBHKMLV fare code, go to TnC on asiamiles.com and it tells you all AM parter's subclass on earning miles.

Thanks everyone!... more questions.
Is there a mileage chart for the number of miles needed for upgrades to next class of service?
And which fare (Y/B/H/K/L/M/V ) qualifies? Is the Marco Polo Club worth the 50 USD to join? Thanks again. |
Please go and spend some time on the AsiaMiles website - all the infomation you are asking is there! Any fare that earns miles (YBHKLMV) may be upgraded using miles.
