Membership lost!?
My mum has (recently) lost her MPC lowly green to AM membership. I understand that she flies ridiculously little but I'm not sure if CX does exercise their right to cancel membership? She has the CX card which entitles her the MPC membership afaik...
Any clue?:S :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: I was about to register her on the double AM promotion to europe and found out that i couldnt log her in as MPC member, AM member was fine though. |
The T&Cs clearly say that you need to fly 4 "Club Sectors" each year to maintain MPC membership.

i learnt they do not have a fix schedule for these database cleaning exercise..

im pretty sure her membership got cancelled in the middle of the 'year'. Not like my mum would care, but I just thought it is wierd since my dad has a similar travel plans and he is still having his membership.
