Cannot check itinerary on cx.com!?!
Its not my first time after logging-in as a MPC member and have lost the ability to check my flight status which I've booked thru cx ticketing. I thnk it was also after a change of dates last time. Any experiences??
with a reserved seat (31C, one of my pref.) in hand, does it worth the hassle calling them up and tell them whats going on? (ie for OLCI, op-up sake....) |
It could be a whole range of issues. Ranging from missing mpc number even though you did booking yourself, to wrong flights etc.
Yes. Best is for you to call res to find out what happened to your booking. Calling them will not increase your chances of op-up especially if flight is not oversold. |

I have had many instance that the flight itinerary page just didn't work for some unknown reason. It just shows an error message. But if I go back and check after a while (maybe a few hours, or the next day...) it might just work again.
I'd say the system is rather unstable. |
