Practical question re: e-upgrade
I booked myself an upgrade using miles on the Asia Miles website. Can I just go straight to the check-in counter or do I need to get a sticker or something first? Also, if I need to do "something" first, can I do it at Kowloon station or do I have to carry my bags to the airport?
Thanks for any pointers! Snoopy |
Assuming it's on CX you just need to turn up at the check-in (town or airport as you wish (unless to US, in which case airport only)) with your ticket and your AM/MPC card.

Thanks for any pointers! Snoopy Have you actually got a confirmed Upgrade booking?? If yes they should've told you this already. Also you should just bring the confirmation with you so that there are no confusions. |

Thanks for the pointers. Went straight to the check-in desk and it worked like a charm...almost. The guy seemed a little confused but got it sorted out in the end.
Thanks again anyway. |
Can these e-upgrades be requested within 10 days as per the rule or you can book them online anytime prior to departure as long as the seats are available?
Any experiences or knowledge with this matter would be greatly appreciated. |
