The arrivals lounge is landside, get through all the formalities and into the public waiting/reception area. Go to the right, the lounge is on a mezzanine level. There's a lift going up if you've luggage or just walk the stairs. From memory, the lounge is directly opposite the lift doors. It's a single door that you've to ring the door-bell to be buzzed in.

The lounge is quite small with no windows. It's a typical lounge with showers, office cubicles and buffet-style food. Since I arrived in the morning, there was breakfast food. No hot food, from memory. There're also newspapers and a TV to keep you entertained.
