Baggage didn’t make flight
 

Hi,

sitting in the Pier having come from London and going on to Sydney. And then going to Brisbane from Sydney on a separate ticket tomorrow. AirTags show my bags still at Heathrow. Agent at the apier desk telling me they can only send my bags to Sydney, am guessing this must be wrong? Am 3 weeks in Australia and am only back in Sydney for the last week! Presume there is some legal right for them to get the luggage to me and not me having to go and get the luggage?

also anyone know how much I can spend on clothes until my luggage arrives as I only have a small backpack with me and no clothes or toiletries.

When you get to Sydney, report the bags missing (assuming they don't turn up) and give them an address in Brisbane to deliver them to - they should find their way there.

Re spending on clothes - what does your travel insurance say? Usually they specify.
