777ER layouts

Is there any way to work out the likely seat config when the sector is operated by B777-300ER metal? As I know there are at least 5 different configs of that aircraft.
I have some HKG-FRA sectors booked, and trying to plan my seating selection in J, with the hope the aircraft on the day has the unofficial F upgrade. (77A or 77H from memory)

The non-ER 77P is for regionals so no danger of that.

Beyond that there's 3 ER versions - 77A, 77J and 77K.

The A version (with the F one) extends to row 26 (the other two ends at row 23) for J. The J version (Aria) does not have 18A/D/G (18K is the only seat for row 18). The K version (non-Aria) does not have 20A or 20K.

Sorry to spoil your bonfire but I believe FRA is served by the 77K for the foreseeable future is the variant without an F cabin. Zero chance of an "unofficial upgrade to F" as you described happening based on the way things currently stand.

Thanks for the info... that is exactly what I was wondering. I shall plan for the J seat.

... and that is exactly why I do not fly CX anymore.

From reading another thread (who gets first class seats when F is not sold) the chance of getting an F seat on 77A is now reserved for CX Diamond

Real bummer for me as I'm flying MEL->HKG on a 77A in J
