Award availability - 6 months?
 

Just looking at redeeming miles, and for the three unrelated routes I have checked all availability stops on 9 October 2025. This seems to be like a half year application of a 360 day rule? Is that a thing? Any other explanation? Thanks

I have GR friends who just redeemed CX flights in Feb.~Mar. 2026.

Thanks. I just checked 5 more routes and all the same thing. We have no status and are Australian based. It just really feels like a software thing.

Could anyone else see if there is availability Hong Kong to Sydney on 12 October please (or Hong Kong - Dubai) please?

Im Silver n can see No seats for syd on oct 12 but there are some oct 11 n 13.

Have you processed to flight select page? For me, it shows nothing on calendar after Oct 9, but I can find a ticket available at Oct13 from HKG direct to SYD.
