Expertflyer seat map not working
For a couple of days checking flights in the next few days on expert flyer for seat maps on CX flights I have been getting this error, and no map is displayed. Anyone else? I hope this is temporary and not CX blocking the access
An error has occurred while communicating with the airline reservation system. The support team has been notified of this problem. Thank you for your patience and understanding. |

I also hope it will go back to normal. I can guess whether I have a seatmate just from the availability, but it does hamper my routine quite significantly.

I too emailed them and cancelled further renewals. They are probably scrambling to fix if they even can. Too bad, this was a valued service that seems to be a dying platform with issues like this and dwindling number of airlines covered.

It's been going downhill since they've been bought by Mr whipping credit card. The TPG website provides almost no value and is it clear that their videos are paid advertisements.

The seat map available at MMB is different from the actual availability. Some seats are blocked by the system on EF but will be shown as occupied at MMB. For example, my beloved 33C is always blocked, you can rarely select it unless you call up CS. Another example is when 4-class 77W is being sold as 3-class (read: SYD/MEL etc). In these scenarios, a quick search on EF would save me a lot of time.
But the major problem here is the system being down for days and showing no sign of improvement |

Hope this is a solvable technical issue and not a block by the airlines systems. ExpertFLyer silence is deafening
