10% transfer bonus promotion
 
Has anyone received their 10% bonus miles from this promotion yet?

I transferred 80k AMEX points to CX back in March and have yet to receive my bonus miles. I do realise we are still within the maximum 10-week processing timeframe, but further insight/anecdotes would be much appreciated!

Iirc, it’s been pretty much at the published deadline/close enough, of late- atleast it had been, the last 2 times I tried using a promo like this, in the last 2 years.

I didn't want to post their email on a public forum so I sent you a DM.

I'd wait a bit. I think the promotion closed March 30, so they are not likely to award the points until mid-to-late June at the earliest.

And now I think I'd contact them using WhatApp instead of email. It's not always a fast interaction, but if it's not an urgent matter it works fine.

I'm pretty sure that as per the T&Cs the points should be credited within 8 to 10 weeks of the conclusion of the promotion, therefore the points should crop up in everyone's account no later than the 9th of June?

I have not found them to be particularly prompt on these promotions. With their track record on this I'd consider the 8-10 weeks to be more of a guideline than a schedule.

By the way I just checked and the bonus AM were in. It was credited yesterday.

Ug. I just checked and nothing for me. I'm going to wait a few more weeks. I hope I don't need to fight my way through this again. :(

I don't think the transfer date has anything to do with it. I transferred miles from Amex USA on Feb 17.
