Can't book on the Website?
 
For the last couple of days, I've been trying to book a CLT to BKK flight with a connection at a CX US Gateway while signed into the CX website. I get to the extra screen, or the payment screen (I've tried both) and get the following message:

We are unable to proceed with this booking. Please try again or contact Customer Carehttps://www.cathaypacific.com/conten...new-window.png to make your booking. (WDS_009)


Changing browsers seems not to work, changing dates or routing gives me the same message, and I gave up after 20 minutes in the hold queue for US customer service. Anybody else having problems or suggest a solution? Thanks

I’ve had this issue and called. Was advised my 2nd segment did not have the available award seats even though online showed it was available. This was on partner JL award. They couldn’t help me and I had to book a different trip.

Thanks! I'm not trying to book an award, was/am prepared to pay full cash. I guess I'll just wait in the phone queue and see if they can find me a routing for cash that works! Cheers,
