Gate Shuttle - booking ahead
It has been a couple of years since I connected via Hong Kong. I used to prebook a gate shuttle (golf cart) on either the worldwideflight or the HKAIRPORTCONCIERGE web sites.
Nether seems to work nor have I been able to find how to book the service for a shuttle waiting at the gate upon arrival in Hong Kong. Any one knows the current contact information to book this? I found at the HKIA airport a link to a meet and greet Always Service, however they never answer their phone number +852-2275-0000 Thanks |

Thanks. I had looked at their web site, but could not find the shuttle via electric car service. They only offer Baby Stroller, Document Courier, Luggage pickup and delivery, Luggage wrapping and Wheelchair service.
I finally reached them by phone +852-2275-0000. They require an email with arrival flight information, and the charge HK$450 for the shuttle. No longer offer individual seats - you must book the complete vehicle of 7 seats, FWISW. - they ask for en email to be sent to [email protected]. They stated they will then send a link for pre-payment. |

They refused reserving a Buggy on arrival (spoke to them more than once). They told me via phone that since they are not allowed on nearby gates, they cannot take payment and then be unable to deliver the service. should a nearby gate be allocated. They suggested I call them after landing when taxiing and ask for the buggy then.
