There are many reports that this is not checked by CX at check-in nor by HK authorities upon arrival. YMMV |

Keep the photo for 90 days ; and (c) Hong Kong's health declaration is optional (it will not be checked at HKG); and (d) at check-in you might be asked to show RAT test kit photo (not in my recent February experience at out port); (e) arrive at Hong Kong, except a temperature check, the same arrival procedure as pre-COVID (f) enjoy your rest at Regal (g) re-check your luggage in time (if you can short check your luggage, that is) |
Arrival temperature checks existed long before covid.

This was not enforced when I flew into HKG! Not mentioned at all by the GC, FA or were there any authorities/special stands at the airport to check RATs. Just your usual temperature checking station pre-covid before immigration.
One should be ready if they decide to enforce it. Not HK related but there were unvax'd attempts to enter the US, got caught out with an entry denial on their travel records. |
