15 hours layover in Hong Kong

Hello,

I have 15 hours layover in Hong Kong on 21-Nov-2022. I am traveling with my wife and two boys. Any suggestions on how to spend time?

Thanks,

You need to stay in transit area unless quarantine restrictions removed by the time of your flight.

So I will not be able to go out of Airport? In that case, are there any hotel inside airport?

No you won't be allowed outside or into a transit hotel. I suggest you spend some time reading the multiple threads in this topic in here .Here is a nap of the airport anyone can find on Google

You will be in a sad situation.
Restricted to a departure gate area with nearly no shops open.
it will be no fun staying overnight.
AT least, they won't take your temperature and whisk you to an isolation facility if high.
Maybe the rules will be relaxed by November.

On most days the last departure will be around 1~3am, so the lounge usually only closes for a few hours overnight.

The Pier does not stay open longer on those days when the 2am CX844 to JFK operates?

Hours posted above are from oneworld web site, since I couldn't find it at CX.

Unfortunately, the oneworld site is not always up-to-date. While I don't have first-hand experience myself, both https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_.../the-pier.html and https://www.hongkongairport.com/en/p...irline-lounges say it is open until last flight of the night.

Don't think so. Still listed as temporarily closed on both https://www.plazapremiumfirst.com/ and https://www.hongkongairport.com/en/p...irline-lounges
