Time for ishop miles to post
 
Anybody had recent experience with this? I made a purchase over 120 days ago and it still says pending. I sent an email and they said it was under the normal approval process, I've got a few more months before my miles expire

Some of my purchases have taken 6+ months to get the miles credited to my account.

checked the status of my purchased today over 6 months after, now it says cancelled after it saying pending for so long. What is the deal? I need to get a transaction and have it posted before Feb 28 to not lose miles

I've also had a few transactions cancelled without valid reason (and they were not really able to explain after several emails), so now I save all my screenshots.

site is kind of a joke, if I don't get the miles I guess Ill have to waste 1000 marriot points
