Indeed, Singapore has decided to reopen. Cannot stay in an enclosed bubble for the many years to come like Hong Kong.
Makes lot of sense with high vaccination rate and big hospital capacity.

HKG is still waiting for the bubble with China. But China does not seem to have any desire to open up to HKG yet.

Oh, I saw that. Not quite sure it meets the definition of a travel bubble, with all its requirements, but anyway don't know if it will happen yet (Sep 8 is still far away).
Bubbles get popped often. Like the AUS-NZ bubble.

It’s all unrequited love by Singapore at the moment...

But unlikely many from HK would travel when faced with still 2 weeks quarantine upon returning.
