How do I waitlist a flight?
 

Hi all,

I collected more than 70% of the miles needed to redeem my selected flight, but the system still pops up a message saying I don't have enough miles, even just to waitlist. I thought we could waitlist with 70% of miles needed, what should be the problem? Do I need to call them to waitlist a booking?
