Using miles to upgrade
 
I'm unable to find C class award ticket from USA to BKK or returning. Is it possible to upgrade from economy to Business class? I was unable to find the information on the Asia miles site

A rough assessment: If the flight you want to take is available to redeem using miles including the Tailored Award, then you may try call Asia Miles and ask if there's any seat left

If not even available for redeem at all, you can move forward

If from USA, not economy to business, only economy to premium economy or premium economy to business.

You cannot upgrade with miles from economy to business for flights between USA and HKG because there is premium economy on USA flights.
