i got this reply for my travel insurance...

In accordance with the policy wording, Section 17.3, the insurance cannot be held liable for any unused accommodation expenses or no-show fees in connection with travel delay. Still long for the days when I paid SGD$300+ for ACE (Annual Multi-trip) and got a compensation of SGD$800+ for a one day delay. Fuel leak on a A380 in Paris, a 24-hours delay. I wasn't expecting anything but that's was nice, nevertheless.
