Oops... by no means I was trying to argue, sorry if my tone is too strong. Then CX deserves it. With falling quality, it makes complete sense to lose customers.

I am just the sort of person who writes complaint letters more than compliment letters. It is easy to remember what is bad than what is good, perhaps just me haha.....

i still write compliment letters at strategic times
