CX717- BKK to SIN - Availability?
 

The CX717 BKK-SIN (d. 11:50 a. 15:25) flight in the Summer 18 timetable has zero availability in all cabins for all dates. This replaces the CX619 BKK-SIN.

Does anyone know why CX has closed this flight for reservations? I was trying to make a multi-carrier booking and this was the one flight preventing it. Surely CX would open this flight being so close to Summer 18 timetable - starting 25th March!

Any inisght most welcome.

CX713 had been the flight number for HKG-BKK-SIN for ages, but according to FlightAware the last CX713 service operated three months ago, having now been replaced by CX619. Perhaps they're tinkering with flight numbers again? CX717 is a new one too--I don't think that has ever existed, other than maybe a one-off flight here and there.

I've just received the email that the flight number had indeed changed from CX713 to CX717 for my booked flights (HKG-BKK) on 16 Aug.
I found this flight had stopped selling ticket, even for cash fares, at least for now...

Very odd. Or are they planning to axe this tag flight?

Good to know that someone is at least booked on this flight number - hopefully they open it soon for new reservations!

That is what I thought initially, but they have also closed the HKG-BKK CX717 for sale also - zero availability on that leg also. Very odd indeed.

Availability has just opened up across all dates for CX717 BKK-SIN :D
