Change class of award ticket
Hi! I got Premium Economy award ticket for MNL-KIX for Feb flight. It was already confirmed and just waiting for me to pay the charges (deadline tomorrow Jan 23 '18). Has anyone experienced requesting change of class type from PE to J after award ticket has been paid? Does AM/CX allow it?

Yes, provided that it is on the same itin. Per segment per head 4000 miles or US$40; otherwise you can cancel the whole ticket and reissuing at 10,000 miles/US$100 per head. If it is not the same itin, you need to cancel previous one and issue a new one. Canceling a ticket costs you 12,000 miles/US$120 per head.
For example, MNL-HKG-KIX-HKG-MNL has 4 segments. It will cost you 10,000 miles/US$100 extra, in addition to the award differences.

For travel class change, I believe needs reissue for 100USD/10k AM, see T&C 8.1 and 9. If there's availability now, you can change (by calling) before you pay/ticket and you will not be charged reissue fee.

I see. Looks like it needs reissue. Flight day/time im aiming are all full so i probably would just settle with the current class. Thanks!
