Flying JFK to HKG on Cathay Pacific. Do they serve individual bottled water on these flights?

First/Business - Full size bottle of water is distributed shortly after departure with spares/top ups from larger bottles
Premium Economy - Full size bottle of water is distributed after first meal service, top ups from the tank
Economy - Mid-sized bottle of water is preset on tray during first meal service, top ups from the tank

If you fly PEY, can you request another bottle of water? Being a DM I never had a problem with extra water, however not sure what the standard guideline regarding PEY long haul pax asking for extra bottle of water.
