CX will fly to PEK??

I heard that CX may be fly from HKG to PEK next month. I am so desperate that I really want to change my flight as I'm going to Beijing next month. However, CX hasnt confirmed yet but why CX said that CX will fly to Beijing next month? Do you think that it's a good idea to book now??

CX is still pending approval from the Chinese Authority.
