Luggage Weight Limits
 

I am flying UA, SFO-SIN, CX, SIN-HKG and UA, HKG - SFO. I am allowed 70 lbs max on luggage with UA but not sure about the SIN-HKG leg on CX. Will the same weight limits apply?

I looked on their web site but didn't really see an answer (or maybe didn't understand what they were saying).

Yes. For travel to/from North America (and throughout connecting travel), 2 pcs with 70lbs max each. Marco Polo elites are entitled to one additional piece.

I am assuming you have the whole thing as 1 ticket. then yes.
if not, (i.e. SIN-HKG is another ticket), you will only have the Asian System. which is 20kg, if I remembered correctly.

Thanks. Yes, I am on 1 ticket. UA stopped their SIN-HKG flight so put me on CX instead, whole trip on UA stock.
