Anybody know if the CX model planes offered in their online shop/inflight shopping are manufactured by Herpa?

Yes the model planes are made by Herpa and not generally available from the regular retail channels. Hope this helps.

In fact, all die cast models offered by CX are made by Herpa. And at the moment, only the A346 is available in the in-flight sales. If you are after models of some other aircraft-models, you can either order them from CX's website or contact local office and see what they can do for you.
