Website MPC Sign-in not working?
 
Hey guys,

I've been trying to log into MPC on cathaypacific.com but it doesn't seem to work. Every time I signed in, it just reverts back to the home page asking me to sign in again as if nothing happened.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, same issue. Mobile app works though.

Did you enter a wrong password for too many times? It locks you out and forces a reset but the lockout message doesn't always pop out.

I have been having this problem for like 2-3 weeks already. if you notice more carefully, there's a flash of a red error message saying that you should only enter alphanumeric for the account number or something - I don't understand why such error since certainly the account number is all alphanumeric. at first I saw there's this website update last week Nov 23 or so and thought it's going to address this, but no, still the same problem.

my workaround now: go to asiamiles.com to log in, once it's successfully logged in (and in the cookie or something), then go to cathaypacific.com, then you'd be logged on there successfully already.

I have this problem every other week or so.

The fix is to go into your browser and clear all the Cookies for cathaypacific.com and it will work.

yes this works very well, thanks !!
(except, it took me a while to figure out how to delete cookies of specific websites in Chrome...)
