CX computer system failure
 
CX had a system failure last week - when I wanted to check in online today my fight reservation for tomorrow was gone. So were 2 reservations made for March and May this year. Instead, my Personal Itineraries showed a reservation I had already cancelled 2 weeks ago.
If you are due to fly soon, double-check your data.
