FlyerTalk Forums - what does "REQ ALL RES" mean ?

just now I was using the CX downloadable trip planner to check flight schedule on Apr 15, BKK-HKG...I found there's a flight CX 2708 that operates only on Apr 15 and 16...BKK 1930 - HKG 2330...it's a A330...I believe it's an extra flight due to the long weekend holidays in HKG/BKK...

in the remarks for this flight, it says "CX 2708 REQ ALL RES"...what does this mean ?? and, on this flight they are selling economy fares only...does it mean that as an MPO Gold I can probably ask to be seated in the J cabin ??

and, thinking about the business side, why do they want to sell only economy ?? they can still always have J fares available, people who want J can always pay the extra...and CX can overbook economy if demand for J not big enough...and yet get the extra revenue from the few J seats that they manage to sell ?? or is there other logic behind this ?? one that I could think of is that they can then save the cost of having J service altogether on this flight...upgrading people to J when they pay Y still means higher J service cost, meal cost, etc...so if they expect only a few J passengers, it makes sense not to have J service at all although they will put people in J cabin if they buy Y...is that the reason ??
