Cx712 sin-bkk-hkg

Booked on this one stop service. Would I need to deplane in BKK or just stay on the aircraft? If need to de-plane, do I need to go through transit security?

Thanks.

Did this flight last year, all passengers stay on board during the transit.

In fact I was op-upped from Y+ to J for the SIN-BKK sector, but then had to go back to my original seat during the transit (at Changi Airport they issued me a different boarding pass for the first and second sector in J and Y+ respectively). Wouldn't have minded if it had been regional J class config with terrible seats, but it was longhaul equipment with Cirrus flatbed seat!

You stay onboard - after the cleaning is complete you'll need to identify your cabin bags to the crew.

I've an upcoming CX flight 712 in Y from SIN to BKK. Does CX provide fast track immigration to OWE in BKK on arrival?

IIRC they do FastTrack in and out for J and F only.

Departure: OWS (or OWE) and above +F/J;
Arrival: J/F only, unless the crew feel generous.

This is for BKK only, CX has different policies for other outports.

Thank you, Rami Tamimi. This helps me planning my trip. I might book an airport pick-up that includes fast track (my hotel in BKK offers such a service).

How much does your hotel charge for the fast track if I may ask? (just curiosity).

So Sofitel would charge 1500 THB but I found a travel agent that offers the same for 800 THB. https://www.orientalescape.com/thail...fasttrack.html

That's not bad, the cheapest I have seen is 400THB +100THB delivery charge. It's a doggy vendor though and they even admit it on their website.

Fast Track Coupon Online Shop

Address:
Bangkok, Thailand

We cannot describe our address. Because of "Not For Sale".
800THB is a reasonable price to avoid the enormous queues that are not unusual for BKK...and if you find that the immigration is quiet on your arrival, you can keep it for next time.

Sure for OWS?

I was op-upped from PE to J for BKK-HKG a few months ago (after the AM upgrade award fails to clear, yea it's CX). And I was denied the fast track pass as a GO, with the agent saying op-up pax is not eligible.

Not 100% sure (hence I said OWS or OWE and above. I heard reports of GO/Sapphire folks both :being denied and being given the voucher.

One thing I am certain about is that op-uped and ID pax don't get the voucher....or at least they should not according to the rules. Sometimes you may be lucky if staff feel generous or in a good mood.

How is the service like on CX712/713 pair? About to fly SIN-BKK return in Sep in J. Does the SIN-BKK sector has normal service? For CX713, will we still be serviced with full meal?
