Was trying to book a ticket from SYD->HKG on my iPad. I know the homepage was suited for my iPad, but now even the checkout looked different and nicee! Anyone else noticed?;)

Wow, that looks really nice.

I just tried on safari on os x. It still looks like before for the check out process.

But the ones in your screenshots look way better!

Maybe they are still testing the new checkout. I can't find it again. Old checkout on my iPhone now!

hmmm... looks like the same ol' creaky site, on a PC (am on Win10, Firefox).

It's being rolled out & tested market by market.

Don't like the new booking interface on CX website

I was booking a personal trip on CX website today and found out that the new booking interface was up and running. But the fare page doesn't show the aircraft types. That really annoys me. Or, CX is doing this intentionally? I like the previous version much better, so much more intuitive. Ay....

It looks the same to me. There was an earlier report on here that someone else saw a different interface for a while.

Possibly CX is doing some A/B testing. Or they haven't migrated code consistently through their balancing servers.

Probably the latter.

You get the aircraft type on clicking view details ;)

Yeah, but it's annoying. In the previous version, I could see the booking details including aircraft types on the same page. What if I wish to pick the flight of A350, say, do I have to click on every single "detail" to find out which flight is flown by A350? Not user friendly.

Agree there is no easy way to check the aircraft type!

So its out on the web browser for me now. Complete garbage on a macbook with safari. Keeps scrolling back and forth which makes selection of flights nearly impossible.

Also, I dont like that feature to expand the route for flights, the old one was better.

Other than that I guess I'll have to just get used to this in the future and eventually ill like it?

I guess that is how it is for all new design. First you hate it, later to get used to it and like it ;)
