Linking reward seats?

In the past 3 years my wife and I have accrued enough asia miles to redeem a flight (due to some promotional CX flights that only allow accrual of asia miles). Neither of us have used Asia Miles before.

I'm wondering if we are able to simultaneously book our flights together and have them linked? Of joining our accounts and pooling the points (like we do on BA). I would have just booked two one way segments, but we don't have enough miles.

If you dont mind the waiting time, you can call to make the booking. They can put them in the same booking (PNR) but issue each's ticket from the points of respective account.

Alternatively, you can call after booking online to have them linked (but two PNRs remain)

Thanks - exactly the answer I was looking for.
