Call from MPC due to flight delay
 

In my most recent trips where there were flight delay, I received a call or voice message from MPC notifying me of the flight status. I never received any calls before that so I am wondering if it's some new service they are providing to their members?

Also I realized that the waiting time to get through to a rep when calling MPC has dropped drastically. I basically could get through within 30 seconds. In the past, it'd have been 30 minutes if I were lucky. Anyone notice such change?

How delayed were your flights and is it from a particular port?

one is FCO-HKG. The other is NGO-HKG. delay time was 2-6 hrs.
